• We originate well-secured trust deeds, which are generally short term in nature, one to five years. The interest rate paid on invested funds ranges from 9% to 14%. We deal primarily with properties located in the greater Southern California area.

• Our loans generally range from $20,000 to $500,000 and contain provisions for monthly interest payments, and can be purchased individually, or as a percentage ownership of the total loan.
