• 9%-14% Rate (depends on risk)
• Standard 3rd party fees apply (appraisal, Title etc.)

Other Requirements:

• 20% of borrower’s own funds based on the purchase price
• 60% maximum Loan to Value for REHAB/Short Sale based on Market Value
