• Monthly Investment Account Statement  (emailed)
• Complete Access to your Investment Representative
• Offer solutions  and guide the Investor if default occurs (see recourse)

FOR OUR BORROWERS:

•  Implementing and Tracking the Exit Strategy 
• Credit Counseling (if FICO score is based on exit strategy)
• Mortgage Refinance Division (in-house or recommend partners, to whom we know and trust.) 
• Paul Benjamin Real Estate (sell or manage property)
