• Hazard Insurance declaration page
• Statement of Information
• 3 months bank statements (all pages)
• 2 years Tax Returns (if requested; all pages)
• Trust, LLC, or Corporation documentation
• Cost Breakdown
• Contractor’s License (for Rehab loans)
• Preliminary Title Report (if available)
• W-9
• Broker’s License (actual) and W-9 (if representing a borrower)

* If not being represented by a Broker currently, please contact a loan originator for a pre-qualification.

* Please note: We use in-house Escrow for all refinance transactions. Escrow is owned by Broker who is also a Stockholder, Director and owner of CWFI, Inc.

* All non-approved appraiser require appraisal review (C.O.D.)
